As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, TEAM relies on donations of gently-used goods from the community to sell in our Resale Shop. 100% of the proceeds are used to support our food pantry, social programs, and the operating costs of our assistance ministry.

Donation Drop Off Location And Hours

The TEAM Resale Shop is located at 300 W. Main Street in downtown Tomball. You may drop off your donations at our double doors next to the POD in the alley behind our building. Donations are currently accepted Wednesday and Saturday from 10 am - 2 pm. During these hours we have volunteers and staff who will help you unload.

Donation Pick Up

TEAM now offers a pick up service for large or heavy furniture. Due to space constraints in our Resale Shop, we will only pick up furniture that is suitable for sale. You can find our guidelines below.  To inquire about our pick up service, please complete our online pick up request form, or call our Resale Shop at (281) 255-6967. 

We Appreciate Gently-Used Donations, Especially:​

  • Furniture, art & home decor
  • Baby gear
  • Linens - sheets, towels, tablecloths, etc
  • Books, CDs, DVDs, records & current magazines
  • ​​Household items, kitchenware & gadgets
  • ​Electronics, sewing machines & small appliances
  • ​Sporting goods
  • ​Medical equipment - wheel chairs, walkers, bath chairs, crutches-limited, canes, braces, walking boots
  • ​​Computer equipment:  UNLOCKED laptops/tablets/computers/phones, and laser printers
We Regret That We Are Unable To Take​:
  • ​Items that are WET or SMELLY
  • ​Mattresses and / or box springs
  • Built-in appliances / gas appliances
  • ​Ceiling fans / light fixtures (items that need to be connected/hard-wired to electricity)
  • Large Wall Mirrors
  • ​Extra large / Executive desks
  • ​Drop down cribs  / Cribs over 8 years old
  • ​Highchairs over 6 years old
  • ​Car seats over 5 years old
  • ​Strollers over 5 years old
  • Hospital beds / medical equipment (ie CPAP machines).  We Do Accept Wheelchairs, Bath Chairs, Crutches-limited, Canes, Braces, Walking Boots
  • ​Organs / Pianos
  • ​Propane tanks
  • ​Televisions - Accepting Flat Screens not older than 10 years​
  • Water beds
  • ​VHS tapes
  • ​Cassette tapes
  • ​Computer Printers
  • ​Damaged or furniture/items missing parts
  • Gas powered tools
  • Lawn Equipment - Mowers / Edgers / Pressure Washers

TEAM Resale Shop relies on the generous donations of our community. We kindly request that donated items be in good condition. In the past, broken and damaged items that are unsuitable for sale have cost us thousands of dollars in disposal fees.
