Such a fun afternoon! Last Saturday the Potpourri Club of Tomball and Magnolia had a British tea to raise money for TEAM and SOS (Society of Samaritans). Held at the Decker Prairie Community Center, the authentic tea was prepared by Brits (and one Scot), and included scones, finger sandwiches, and other dainties. Many attendees wore fascinators which are popular headpieces among British women. The fascinators were made by Roberta Young, one of TEAM’s crafty volunteers. Thank you to the Potpourri Club for holding this special fundraiser for TEAM and SOS!
