In this new year, we are looking forward to the continued growth of Tomball Emergency Assistance Ministries (TEAM) and its service to our community. Having been established over 30 years ago, TEAM has worked tirelessly to respond to the physical, spiritual, material, social, and educational needs of those living in our area. Much of our success in serving our community has been the result of Becky Loving who has served as TEAM’s Executive Director for over four years. From the beginning, Becky’s compassionate heart to serve our clients has been contagious throughout our ministry. We will always be thankful for her dedicated service. Over the holidays, Becky decided that now is her time to retire. She is graciously serving through January to transition her replacement.

We are pleased to announce that Barry Hart has now joined TEAM as our new full-time Executive Director. We are so excited to have Barry on board. His ministry background, Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M, Secondary Science Teacher Certification from UT-Austin, and MBA from UH-Central Campus give Barry a solid foundation to build upon. He brings an extensive level of experience in growing and managing larger organizations, such as helping Fiesta Supermarkets grow from 27 to 60 stores during his 21-year tenure as a Director reporting to the company’s President. In addition, Barry has faithfully taught adult Sunday School classes since the mid-1980s. We look forward to Barry’s servant-leader attitude with which the Lord has blessed him.
